ASPHN's Courage In Leadership Program

OVERALL VISION

To increase leadership confidence for ASPHN members.

PROGRAM GOAL

To provide a safe space for members to enhance their leadership skills.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

To provide ten 1-hour facilitated sessions with coaching provided by ASPHN consultants.

The Courage in Leadership Program was created to provide a safe space for leaders to bond, support each other, and have courageous conversations about effective leadership, building strong teams, racism, bias, emotional intelligence, and cultural humility.

Those who participate in the program can anticipate an increase in their confidence in pursuing and taking on leadership roles by learning to incorporate their strengths into their leadership style.
