- Membership applications approved in December 2025:
- Six (6) General members: Sophia Lindley (IN); Kelley May (MA); Denfield Wade (SC); Teresa Martinez (UT); Kelsey Derryberry and Jennifer Habeb (WV).
- Three (3) Associate members: Ezekiel Ufomadu (AL); Brandon Dente and Gabriela Martine (AZ).
- Quorum met with 11 voting members present.
- Motion to approve the review agenda passed unanimously.
- Motion to approve the consent agenda passed unanimously.
- Motion to approve the use of the ASPHN logo in the U.S. Breastfeeding Committee Toolkit was passed unanimously.
