This position is located in the Office of Dietary Supplement Programs in the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition and is responsible for establishing compliance policy and enforcement strategy of the dietary supplement industry to include regulating dietary supplements under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 and the Dietary Supplement and Nonprescription Drug Consumer Protection Act of 2006.
