CSPI is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator who will gather, compile, and verify information about Nutrition Facts, ingredients, and food labeling claims for a variety of Nutrition Action articles about making healthier choices in supermarkets and restaurants. The Project Coordinator also assists the entire Nutrition Action team with a variety of tasks related to creating and disseminating nutrition and recipe content.
