Healthy Food, Active Communities Council Webinar – ‘Cooking to Share’ After-School Youth Cooking Program
Monday, December 8, 2025

Cooking to Share is an innovative youth cooking program that empowers young people to build healthy habits and essential life skills. Through hands-on cooking experiences, participants learn about nutrition, food safety, and kitchen techniques while developing teamwork and a sense of community. The youth in the program prepare nutritious meals that are donated to local families in need, teaching youth that cooking can be both a skill and a way to give back.

The webinar will take place from 11:00 AM – 12:00. PM ET, immediately followed by a council meeting for anyone interested in staying.
