The Department of Nutrition, Food Science and Packaging is seeking two new faculty whose research or scholarly interests focus on relationships between diet, disease and sustainability in a diverse setting especially with historically marginalized populations; one of these faculty should demonstrate expertise of these issues within the context of Latinx communities, specifically. We seek candidates whose research/scholarship, teaching and/or service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to engagement and inclusion of culturally diverse audiences in higher education, and particularly in the area of basic nutritional sciences and dietetics, nutrition research and methodology, and experience and training in the biological aspects of nutrition and metabolism.
