Our research team is seeking for a highly motivated and capable postdoctoral scholar interested in implementation science in Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition-related research. The successful candidate will work on an NIH-funded implementation science project that uses a community-based participatory approach to promote the maternal-child component of an existing comprehensive social intervention addressing social determinants of health to mitigate structural racism amid COVID-19. This project is designed to inform how best multi-sectoral interventions (maternal-child health and food insecurity interventions) can be integrated to promote transformation on the maternal-child health and nutrition of historically marginalized communities in the Southwest US.
