Assist the State EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) Coordinator with oversight of the URI EFNEP statewide program based in Providence, RI. Hire, train, and oversee the performance management of a small team of Community Nutrition Assistants (CNAs) to ensure that programming is delivered effectively with high fidelity and that federal program priorities are met. Lead policy, systems and environmental (PSE) changes that complement the direct education of EFNEP CNAs to improve the health of Rhode Island’s low-income families and youth. Support the State EFNEP Coordinator with federal program reporting requirements including data management.
